Shipping Policy

Orders are confirmed by our sales team after your enquiry. Shipping charges, if any, are stated in your quotation before you pay.

Delivery time

In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of order confirmation and delivered within 3 to 5 business days from dispatch. Delivery to remote locations may take longer. Made-to-order items carry the lead time stated in the quotation.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched we share the courier name and tracking number by email, SMS or WhatsApp.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check the package on delivery. If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and the item, and we will arrange a replacement as described in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
